William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born at 8:51 AM, in Hope AR on August 19, 1946) was
the 42nd President of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001. President Clinton
is a Virgo ascendant with ascendant degree at 12 degrees and 29 minutes.
The ruler of first house and 10th of career is Mercury, well placed in Cancer sign very
close to the 11th house cusp. Mercury is strongly placed in the constellation of Saturn,
the lord of 5th house of love affairs, creative work, and 6th house of health issues,
legal work, and Saturn is strongly placed in 10th house of career. This makes Mercury
the Ascendant lord and the 10th house lord of career very strong and indicates a high
level of success in life. This is evident from the fact that Clinton became President
during Mercury Sub Period in Jupiter Main Period that was operating from Jan 1992 to
April 1994 in his life. President Clinton was inaugurated for a second term on Jan
20th, 1997 during Venus sub period in Jupiter main period. Venus the lord of 2nd

aspected the Mahadasha lord natal Jupiter in Libra and Saturn also transited natal

a negative way. On 12/19/1998 at 1:25 PM EST Washington, DC, the motion was
passed to adopt impeachment proceedings. The president was acquitted on
2/12/1999 as the Senate did not reach the two-thirds majority vote in spite of
ferocious partisan passions.
President Clinton entered Rahu sub period in Jupiter main period from December 2000
to may 2003. Rahu is in 3rd house (change in residence) and 8th house lord (fine,
punishment) Mars’ constellation. Rahu is in 9th house (change of career) and in 9th
lord Venus’s sign. On 10/01/2001 the Supreme Court suspended former President
Clinton from practicing law before the high court and gave him 40 days to say why he
should not be permanently disbarred. The court acted after it was notified by the
Arkansas Supreme Court that Clinton's Arkansas law license was suspended for five
years.
